Blog-OWEEN has taken over my week but I promise i’ll post an updated content for “Wednesday Wins” next week.
Starting this week I plan on posting seven steps you can take to incorporate self-care in your daily routine. These post will also be a weekly self-care challenge. Which means I’m challenging us to do one of the self-care options each day of the week until the following Wednesday or you can do all seven in one day.
SEVEN STEPS TO SELF-CARE:
1). GO TO BED AN HOUR EARLIER—I’m currently working on this. Our body and mind needs sleep so we can re-charge for the next day. Going to bed an hour earlier gives you the opportunity to wake up earlier to accomplish a little more the next day. Maybe you have a side hustle in addition to your full-time gig. An extra hour means you have more time to devote to activities that matters the most to you.
