A few weeks ago I decided to make tuna steak for dinner. I’ve made it before and paired it with a salad and it turned out well but this time I failed. I like sushi, but for some reason having the raw center after I cook fish did not sit well with me at all. Like I said the first time I made it, it was good but this time when I cut into it, it didn’t look appetizing so I threw it out but I kinda wish I took a picture of it to share with you guys. I’ve learned that where I went wrong was buying the fish frozen and not fresh. I’ll have to try again and share my results.
